- Can I use a Peter Mark Gift Card online?
No, unfortunately we cannot accept Peter Mark Gift Cards in our online store. Peter Mark Gift Cards may only be used in our salons.
- Is it safe to use my credit / debit card?
Peter Mark has used the latest technology to ensure that your details remain private and secure. All information is encrypted and credit card information is not kept once used for payment.
- How can I pay for my order?
Peter Mark accepts all major Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards. All prices are displayed and charged in Euro.
- If the item was damaged in transit.
The buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and notify us via (email@example.com / telephone no. 353 1 6614888) within 7 working days of delivery, if the goods are damaged or do not comply with manufacturers guide lines. If the buyer fails to do so the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.
If you take delivery of a package and the item was damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 7 working days of receipt for refund to the original credit card or exchange. To return a damagd in transit item contact us and we will send on a return label. The returned items must be packaged correctly.
If products are damaged through neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear and subsequently returned, this will be deemed as unacceptable and will not be accepted by our returns department. All returned items must be unused.
- Faulty Hairdryer
Faulty hairdryers can be returned ourselves if it complies with the manufacturer’s warranty. When returning a hairdryer(s) please ensure that you include proof of purchase (original invoice) and a brief explanatory note which must include your name, order number and reason for return.
In all faulty return cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
- Faulty GHD
have the right to return a faulty item(s) if it complies with the manufacturer’s
warranty. Please keep all warranty information that accompanies your item(s) as
this may be required should there be a fault.
In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item(s) you may prefer to return it directly to GHD by logging on to www.ghdhair.com and follow the necessary procedures. Enclose proof of purchase (original invoice) and reason for return. In all faulty return cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
- I want to return an item
You are entitled to return a product in the below circumstances :If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will send you a postal label for returning the item.
· Damaged in transit (all seals intact)
· Faulty and not working
· Within 14 days of delivery under distance selling regulations (all seals intact)
If returning a product for any other reason than being faulty it must be in a resalable condition and any tamper resistant / security seals must be intact, if this seal is not intact the item cannot be re-sold and will not be accepted by our returns department.
When returning an item(s) please ensure that you include a brief explanatory note which must include your name, order number and reason for return.

- Delivery fee?
Republic of Ireland: There is a standard delivery charge for items online at €2.99 per item
Northern Ireland: There is a standard delivery charge for items online at €4.99 per item
Please note that we use Expresspost and must be signed for on receipt of delivery.
- Fourteen day cooling off period
You have 14 working days from the date of receipt of goods in which you can cancel the transaction. You are responsible for returning the item to us and incur the costs of return. The goods must be unused of re-saleable / merchandisable condition with packaging complete. If for example a GHD is returned with the tamper resistant / security seals broken this will be deemed as unacceptable (packaging in-complete), this will not be accepted by our returns department, no refund will be offered as the goods cannot be re-sold.
If the item returned fails a mandatory inspection, no refund will be offered and the goods will be returned directly to the buyer. If the goods returned are complete, with packaging undamaged after inspection, a refund will be provided.
All refunds will be made to the original credit card within 30 days of receipt / inspection of returned goods.
- Prices & promotions
On occasion, the prices payable and promotions offered in respect of goods advertised on this website may differ from those prices and promotions offered at Peter Mark Salons. We are under no obligation to honour any in-store price or promotion in the event that they differ from the website. Similarly, Peter Mark stores are under no obligation to honour any website price or promotion in the event that they may differ from those in store.
Although we endeavour that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either contact you or ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods on the website at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order.
Where items are ordered pre-release, an estimated retail price will be given, in which case the price charged may be different, as the order may have been placed as much as three months prior to release.
All prices on the Peter Mark website are in Euro and are inclusive of relevant VAT.
- How do I remove an item from my basket?
- If you have added a product to your basket and no longer wish to purchase it – simply access your basket and click the “Trashcan” icon next to the item you do not wish to purchase. This will automatically delete this product from your basket.
- How can I see what’s in my basket?
You can view the contents of your basket at any time by clicking on “View basket” located at the top of the page.
- How do I add a product to my basket?
To add a product to your basket, simply click “Buy” button beside the item. This will automatically add the item to your basket.
- How quickly will I receive my order?
Within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland: Typically 1 to 2 working days Monday to Friday but may take up to 5 working days. In the unlikely event of a delay we will contact you and inform you of the estimated date of delivery.
Products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur beyond our control. If your order is not available we will contact you to give an estimated date of availability.
