SHAMPOO: Apply to wet hair, massage into a lather. Rinse.
CONDITIONER: After shampooing, apply and distribute through hair. Rinse.
LEAVE IN: Use as a complete regimen with Acidic Bonding Concentrate Shampoo and Conditioner. Apply to clean, damp hair. Leave in. Do not rinse. Style as usual. Avoid contact with eyes.

Orders are delivered using DPD or An Post Expresspost Parcel Service, and must be signed for on receipt. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days, and you can track your order using the tracking code sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns policy
You can return unused items for a full refund within 14 days of delivery under distance selling regulations. Items must be unused, with all seals intact and in re-saleable condition.

Faulty Items & Warranties
Faulty items are covered in line with the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranties cover repairs or replacements required due to defective materials or workmanship only. They do not cover damage caused by poor maintenance, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or misuse.
