Delivery policy

Delivery Fees

Standard delivery fees apply on all orders. Republic of Ireland orders are €4.95, and Northern Ireland orders are £3.99.
Peter Mark does not currently ship internationally.

Orders are delivered using DPD or An Post Expresspost Parcel Service, and must be signed for on receipt. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days, and you can track your order using the tracking code sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

All products are subject to availability, and delays may occasionally occur outside of our control. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you with an estimated availability date. Please note that during busy sale periods, delivery times may be longer.

Returns Policy

You can return unused items for a full refund within 14 days of delivery under distance selling regulations. Items must be unused, with all seals intact and in re-saleable condition.

How to Return an Item

All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase. When returning your item, please include a short note with:

Your name
Your order number
The reason for return

Faulty Items & Warranties

Faulty items are covered in line with the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranties cover repairs or replacements required due to defective materials or workmanship only. They do not cover damage caused by poor maintenance, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or misuse.

ETI Turbo / Digital and ghd hairdryers, domestic use: 12 months
ghd Helios and ETI Maestro, domestic use: 2 years
Professional use, including ghd: 6 months

Styling Products

ghd styling irons, Unplugged, Duet and Duet Blowdry: 2 years
ghd Chronos and Platinum+: 36 months
Shark products, domestic use: 2 years
Steampod V3/V4: 2 years
