L’Oréal Professionel SteamPod is a high-tech, professional hair styling tool developed by L'Oréal Professionnel that uses patented steam technology instead of traditional dry heat alone to straighten, wave, or curl hair. By continuously infusing the hair with a flow of dry steam, it styles hair significantly faster and smoother while causing a fraction of the structural damage seen with traditional flat irons (up to 95% less damage with the SteamPod 4).
How SteamPod Technology Works
Unlike regular straighteners that can leave hair feeling flat, dry, and "thirsty," the SteamPod steam-powered styling keeps hair hydrated and moisturized.
• Continuous Steam Flow: The tool releases a steady stream of dry steam (0.8g per minute) through dedicated steam holes just before the ceramic plates glide over the hair.
• Humidity Protection: By infusing moisture directly into the hair fibre during the styling process, it prevents the hair from absorbing moisture from the surrounding air later on, offering long-lasting frizz control.
• Intelligent Heat Control: The plates feature smart sensors that monitor the temperature multiple times per second to ensure even, stable heat distribution. It features three heat settings: 180°C, 200°C, and 210°C
Standard delivery fees apply on all orders. Republic of Ireland orders are €4.95, and Northern Ireland orders are £3.99.
Peter Mark does not currently ship internationally.
Orders are delivered using DPD or An Post Expresspost Parcel Service, and must be signed for on receipt. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days, and you can track your order using the tracking code sent by email once your order has been dispatched.
All products are subject to availability, and delays may occasionally occur outside of our control. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you with an estimated availability date. Please note that during busy sale periods, delivery times may be longer.
Returns policy
You can return unused items for a full refund within 14 days of delivery under distance selling regulations. Items must be unused, with all seals intact and in re-saleable condition.

Faulty Items & Warranties
Faulty items are covered in line with the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranties cover repairs or replacements required due to defective materials or workmanship only. They do not cover damage caused by poor maintenance, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or misuse.
