WHY IS IT DIFFERENT? Clarify deeply penetrates problem skin and encourages skin cell renewal to reveal a softer and brighter mattified complexion. This potent salicylic solution contains supporting ingredients to nourish problem skin and prevent irritation. Mango fruit extract enhances hydration and improves skin tone. Niacinamide compliments the deep exfoliating action of salicylic acid by boosting skin’s natural moisturisation, while lipid-rich oat kernel extract soothes the skin and replenishes good oils.
WHY 2% BHA SOLUTION? At 2% salicylic acid, Clarify is potent enough to exfoliate deep within pores but gentle enough to avoid damage to the skin barrier. It effectively unclogs blocked pores and removes excess sebum to reveal clearer, smoother, more radiant skin without causing irritation.-replenishing ingredients like cholesterol and niacinamide.
WHAT IS SALICYLIC ACID? Derived from the bark of the Willow Tree, salicylic acid is a beta-hydroxy acid and an extremely effective keratolytic compound. This means it breaks down the outer layer of the skin to encourage skin cell turnover and removes pore-clogging impurities and excess oil that cause breakouts and blemishes.

WHY DOES CLARIFY FEEL OILY?
Unlike other salicylic toners, Clarify has a naturally oily texture. This is because it contains supporting
ingredients that nourish and hydrate the skin, to avoid stripping skin of its natural oils. It won’t clog pores
because it is non-comedogenic.
I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN. WILL CLARIFY IRRITATE MY SKIN?
No. Clarify is formulated with a unique blend of plant-extracted oils and non-comedogenic ingredients
that work together to rebalance the skin’s natural oils. It has been clinically tested and approved by
dermatologists as non-irritating and kind to skin.
CAN CLARIFY BE USED WHEN PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING?
Topical salicylic acid is a pregnancy and breastfeeding safe ingredient. Please consult your doctor or
gynaecologist if you have any particular concerns.
IS IT O.K. TO USE CLARIFY EVERY DAY?
Clarify can be used every day and even twice daily on problem areas if required. We recommend starting
2/3 times per week with Clarify and building up as your skin gets used to the new ingredient.
SINCE I STARTED USING CLARIFY, MY SKIN SEEMS TO BE GETTING WORSE!
This is called purging, and it is your skin’s reaction to a new active ingredient that is increasing cell
turnover rate. Blackheads, whiteheads, papules, and pre-pimples get pushed to the surface before fresh,
healthy skin shines through.
CLARIFY IS STINGING MY SKIN. IS THIS NORMAL?
A slight stinging sensation is normal and is simply a sign that the active ingredient is working.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A BHA AND AN AHA?
Salicylic acid is a beta hydroxy acid (BHA), which means that it is oil soluble. Unlike alpha hydroxy acids
(AHAs), it is able to get deeper into the skin, cut though excess sebum and remove dead skin cells and oil
that are often the cause of acne break outs.

Orders are delivered using DPD or An Post Expresspost Parcel Service, and must be signed for on receipt. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days, and you can track your order using the tracking code sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns policy
You can return unused items for a full refund within 14 days of delivery under distance selling regulations. Items must be unused, with all seals intact and in re-saleable condition.

Faulty Items & Warranties
Faulty items are covered in line with the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranties cover repairs or replacements required due to defective materials or workmanship only. They do not cover damage caused by poor maintenance, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or misuse.

Important Information for ghd Returns
All ghd returns are tested in Peter Mark salons. If no fault is found, the item will not be replaced. Customers can appeal directly to ghd by calling 0044 1924 423 400 or through ghd online support.
If a replacement is issued, it will carry the remaining warranty period of the original product or an additional 180 days for ghd products, whichever is longer.
