With its new & improved super-soft buttery texture, Erase Balm wipes away all traces of makeup, impurities, and spf to leave skin squeaky clean, hydrated, and radiant. We have replaced the Erase jar with a new one that is now not only 20% smaller (and still holds the same volume/weight of product), but it’s also been upgraded to infinitely recyclable glass.
WHAT IS IT? A buttery makeup removing balm formulated with a unique blend of nourishing natural oils, squalane, and candelilla wax.

HOW?
Warm a small amount of product between your fingers before massaging onto dry skin. Dampen the double-sided cloth with warm water and using the textured side, remove the cleansing balm from your face.

Gently massage into face and neck.

No. Erase is pH balanced so it cleanses without stripping, leaving skin soft and hydrated with no tight feeling.
I HAVE A NUT ALLERGY. CAN I USE ERASE?
Erase contains almond glycerides. If you have a nut allergy, please consult your doctor or dermatologist for advice.
CAN I USE ERASE TO REMOVE EYE MAKE-UP?
Yes. Simply massage Erase around the eye area with closed eyes and wipe off with warm face cloth to thoroughly
remove eye makeup.

Delivery Fees
Standard delivery fees apply on all orders. Republic of Ireland orders are €4.95, and Northern Ireland orders are £3.99.
Free delivery is available on orders over €50 / £50.
Peter Mark does not currently ship internationally.
Orders are delivered using DPD or An Post Expresspost Parcel Service, and must be signed for on receipt. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days, and you can track your order using the tracking code sent by email once your order has been dispatched.
All products are subject to availability, and delays may occasionally occur outside of our control. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you with an estimated availability date. Please note that during busy sale periods, delivery times may be longer.
Returns policy
You can return unused items for a full refund within 14 days of delivery under distance selling regulations. Items must be unused, with all seals intact and in re-saleable condition.

Faulty Items & Warranties
Faulty items are covered in line with the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranties cover repairs or replacements required due to defective materials or workmanship only. They do not cover damage caused by poor maintenance, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or misuse.

Important Information for ghd Returns
All ghd returns are tested in Peter Mark salons. If no fault is found, the item will not be replaced. Customers can appeal directly to ghd by calling 0044 1924 423 400 or through ghd online support.
If a replacement is issued, it will carry the remaining warranty period of the original product or an additional 180 days for ghd products, whichever is longer.
