Standard delivery fees apply on all orders. Republic of Ireland orders are €4.95, and Northern Ireland orders are £3.99.
Free delivery is available on orders over €50 / £50.
Peter Mark does not currently ship internationally.
Orders are delivered using DPD or An Post Expresspost Parcel Service, and must be signed for on receipt. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days, and you can track your order using the tracking code sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns policy
You can return unused items for a full refund within 14 days of delivery under distance selling regulations. Items must be unused, with all seals intact and in re-saleable condition.

Faulty Items & Warranties
Faulty items are covered in line with the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranties cover repairs or replacements required due to defective materials or workmanship only. They do not cover damage caused by poor maintenance, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or misuse.

Important Information for ghd Returns
All ghd returns are tested in Peter Mark salons. If no fault is found, the item will not be replaced. Customers can appeal directly to ghd by calling 0044 1924 423 400 or through ghd online support.
If a replacement is issued, it will carry the remaining warranty period of the original product or an additional 180 days for ghd products, whichever is longer.
I bought a GHD in November 24, however it shopped working. I was very disappointed that the life span if this GHD was only 18 months as my previous GHD was over 10 years when it stopped working. I was lucky as my GHD was still under warranty. My advice to any body is to keep their Receipt / warranty as you will need it if your GHD stops working and is still under warranty.

Didn't last long
I bought my ghd 27 months ago. It came with 24 month warranty. However it's now stopped working and my warranty has just expired so i need to buy a new one. They obviously don't make these like they used to. My previous one lasted 8 years.
