First, choose the correct comb according to your hair type :
Fine tooth comb: for straight to wavy hair (Type I to IV hair on the L'Oréal scale)*
Intermediate comb: for curly hair (Type V hair on the L'Oréal scale)*
Wide-tooth comb: for very curly to kinky (Type VI & VII on the L'Oréal scale)*
Please note some looks (S Waves, crimped hair styles...) require to remove the comb.
Fill up the built-in water tank with demineralized water. Using regular tap water would lead to product malfunction.
Please note SteamPod still works when water tank is empty but for optimal results, water tank needs to be filled before use.
Then, switch on the tool and set the appropriate temperature according to your hair texture:
180°C for fine, sensitive hair (coloured or bleached)
200-210°C for thick, natural hair only.
For extra safety, place the thermo-protective shells on the curl locking guide before straightening.
Make sure arrows are facing down when styling the hair.

Standard delivery fees apply on all orders. Republic of Ireland orders are €4.95, and Northern Ireland orders are £3.99.
Free delivery is available on orders over €50 / £50.
Peter Mark does not currently ship internationally.
Orders are delivered using DPD or An Post Expresspost Parcel Service, and must be signed for on receipt. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days, and you can track your order using the tracking code sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns policy
You can return unused items for a full refund within 14 days of delivery under distance selling regulations. Items must be unused, with all seals intact and in re-saleable condition.

Faulty Items & Warranties
Faulty items are covered in line with the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranties cover repairs or replacements required due to defective materials or workmanship only. They do not cover damage caused by poor maintenance, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or misuse.

Important Information for ghd Returns
All ghd returns are tested in Peter Mark salons. If no fault is found, the item will not be replaced. Customers can appeal directly to ghd by calling 0044 1924 423 400 or through ghd online support.
If a replacement is issued, it will carry the remaining warranty period of the original product or an additional 180 days for ghd products, whichever is longer.
I have fine curly frizzy hair that tends to be low porosity. This is the best hair tool I have ever used, my hair is more shiny and not frizzy anymore, and can hold a straight style for hours and hours as oppossed to minutes before. My hair even feels different when I wash it. 10/10 recommend!

Ye should be selling the water too and that way it can be bought of ye.
Can I use de-ionised water in it????
